Phases of an SLS Engagement

Phase I - Service Line Strategy Build

  • Project Begins

  • Project Launch with Key Individuals/Groups - Set Expectations and Timeline

  • Determine Collaborative Team/Project Leadership Team (Can be as small as leadership/stakeholders OR as large as an entire employee base OR anywhere in between)

  • Brainstorm/"Gathering" Phase from those identified on Line 3.

  • Cleanup to eliminate redundancies, duplicates, errors, omissions, etc.

  • Meeting with Project Leadership Team to discuss progress/direction - Adjust as needed

  • Prioritize ACTIONABLE ITEMS - Determine Priorities

  • Build General Framework/Skeleton/Structure for Actionable Item Execution w GANNT

  • Meeting with Project Leadership Team to discuss Framework Design - Adjust as needed.

  • Project put into agreed upon "Deliverable" format (paper, electronic - Excel, Project, PDF, Smartsheet) and have delivered to client.

  • Close Phase 1 Engagement

  • Assess with Client Phase 1 - transition to Phase 2 - Execution of Actionable Items

Phase II - Strategy Execution and Accountability Tracking (Optional)

  • Phase II Kick-Off Briefing - Utilize Actionable Items from Phase 1 to begin

  • Identify Key Person(s)/Stakeholder(s)/"Owner(s)" for each checked Actionable Item

  • Engage team to develop Step-by-Step Action Plans, Timelines, and Resources

  • Complete the Action Plan Outline and DIstribute to Leadership Team - Adjust As Needed

  • Leadership Briefing to discuss project and direction

  • Launch Actionable Item Execution/Tracking/Accountability/Refinement ETAR

  • Briefing on Phase 2 Completion - Continuation. Address Needs and Open Items

  • Put Phase 2 in "Deliverable" format (paper, electronic - Excel, Project, PDF, Smartsheet) and have delivered to client.

  • Handoff of entire project to Client. Bow out.

  • Post-Engagement  Do Retrospective Feedback/Survey - Lead Generation

Phase III (Optional)

  • If Requested - Customized Maintenance and Consulting Services at Hourly Rate.

  • Launch Actionable Item Execution/Tracking/Accountability/Refinement ETAR
